'Hey, can you meet me at my house? I miss you.' Honor shot a quick text from her phone to David. She wasn't sure if he knew where she lived, so she included directions from the barn to her house. It wasn't hard to find. Compared to David and Maddie's home, her's was a small, two bedroom modest home. But she loved it here. It fit for her and the dogs quite nicely. She decorated it and rearranged it to the way she wanted. It was good to be a homeowner. Honor made her way to her bedroom. If David was coming over, she wanted to look good. She wasn't sure if there was any reason for him to come over, but she really did miss him. They weren't together, although Maddie sure had encouraged her to go for it. But she wasn't sure if David wanted anything from her. It had been a bit of a dare for her to even text him.
Clothes. To find the right clothes. She didn't want to look like she had dressed up too much, but she didn't want to look like a slob either. Although, anything she would put on would end up with a ton of dog hair on it. It was the downside of owning three dogs, two of them being long-haired. Honor pulled out a long blue t-shirt that would show off a little bit of cleavage. Not long after, she pulled out a pair of dark jeans. But to top it all off, she found a pair of heels in the back of her closet that would match her top. It would make her look a little dressy, but at the same time she'd feel casual. Cooper had followed her into her bedroom and laid on the floor behind her. Honor got dressed and bent down to scratch the top of his head. Molly and Blue must have stayed in the living room. Honor's heels clicked on the wood floor of her hallway as she walked back towards the living room.
Honor checked her phone, but there wasn't a reply yet. She sighed and curled up on the couch next to her Irish Setter, Molly. Molly placed her head on the girl's lap and started to fall asleep. Blue jumped up on the couch and into Honor's lap. Cooper laid on the floor by Honor's feet. He wasn't usually one to join in on the cuddling. Which was actually unfortunate, because he was the only dog with short hair. Honor flicked on the television to try to distract herself from the lack of new texts on her phone. She flipped through the channels, but nothing captured her interest. Finally, after what seemed like forever, Honor's phone went off. She quickly opened the text, and then slowed down to make it look like she hadn't been waiting for it. Even though the only ones around were her dogs.

David Adams Truck David was almost done with work when his phone vibrated, alerting him to a text. He quietly stopped in the bull barn and took his phone out of his pocket before looking at who sent him the text. He read the text and kind of paused, a smile appeared across his lips and he leaned against the gate to one of the bulls pens. He tried to think of something to say, something that wasn't desperate but not nonchalant either. In truth, this woman had been on his mind since they're night together. They had had this kind of undeniable chemistry right off the bat and he'd never experienced that before. He had even talked to Maddie about it, actually, he had talked and she had tried to ignore him and go back to sleep, but still... He couldn't get her off his mind.
He bit his lip for a second before texting back, 'Hey! Yeah, I've just got to finish up at work and then I'll be right over. I miss you too.' He took a deep breath before actually sending it. Why this was so important to him, he had no idea but whatever it was, he liked it. A lot. He quietly finished up with work before taking a quick shower and changing his clothes. He was so thankful that they had showers at the bull barn because honestly, nobody wanted to go home absolutely filthy and smelly, besides, it was a great thing to have if you were going to meet someone right after. He threw on some older, but clean, worn out jeans and slid into a black tank top seeing that the weather certainly felt warm enough for it. It was always amazing to have a warmer day because it felt like summer even though it was just a little over forty degrees.
He looked at the directions as he slid into his truck and started it up, mapping it out in his head as he started driving. Within a few minutes he had reached her driveway and he shut the truck off before sliding out, his cleaner pair of work boots hitting the pavement as he did so. He walked quietly up to her front door before he knocked and took a step back.

Honor almost jumped when her phone went off. It had felt like a lifetime before she got a response, when in reality it had been less than twenty minutes. Blue jumped off her lap, his tail tucked between his legs and hid in the corner of the room. "Blue, baby, I'm sorry," she cooed, trying to entice the puppy back to her. She hadn't meant to scare him. The Australian Shepherd came back to her, whimpering slightly. Honor swept him up into her arms, and cuddled him close to her chest. "I didn't mean to scare you. I got excited," she explained to him even though he probably didn't understand her. She set the puppy back down on the floor and retrieved her phone. Honor smiled at his answer. She didn't know what time he got out of work, but by his response it shouldn't be long.
Honor ran to the bathroom to fix her hair. God, she was nervous. David had been running through her mind nonstop. And from what his roommate had told her, he was thinking about her. She never had this feeling before. It was crazy to think that she might be falling in love with the man. Throughout her life, she hadn't had too much of a serious relationship. Sure, she had boyfriends here and there, but she never felt for them like she did when she was with David. Her dogs and her horses had heard tons about him. But unlike David, she didn't have a roommate to tell him how she felt. Her animals wouldn't tell on her. She threw some mousse into her hair, allowing her naturally wavy hair fall around her face. She glanced in the mirror, and hoped she would look okay for David. Although, if things went they did the last time, her hair would be messed up anyway.
A knock at the door sent the dogs into a flurried mess of barking and rushing to the door. Honor ran her fingers through her dark brown locks once more and left the bathroom. She didn't want to make it look like she had been waiting at the door for the man, so she slowly made her way to the door, careful not to trip in her heels. She opened the door to reveal a tall muscular man, and she smiled at him. He looked better than he did the first time they met. "David," Honor mused and placed a kiss on the man's lips. She hoped that would be okay, but at the same time, he was here at her home. "I missed you," she repeated her text. She really did miss him. Even though they had only met once before, it felt like they had known each other for years.

David Adams Truck When David knocked he heard the dogs start barking and he couldn't help but to smile. He loved his dog, and Maddie's too even know you had to talk to him in German. That dog of hers wouldn't listen to a thing you'd say unless you spoke in German, which was annoying because he understood commands in English too, he just chose to be selective. He waited a second as he heard Honor walking to the door and when she opened it, he smiled. He loved hearing her say his name so he seemed to smile a little more, if that was even possible. He was a bit surprised when she kissed him but he certainly didn't object. In fact, he stepped into her a bit and kissed her back.
He looked down at her and hugged her when she said she'd missed him and he nodded slightly. "I missed you too." He leaned down and kissed her before he took a step back from her, taking in her outfit and the heels. Mmm, she looked great in heels. "You look really nice!" He said before looking down at himself. He looked, well, not so nice, and he hoped she wouldn't mind. He felt like he had known her forever which was odd considering that this was their second time, yes second time, meeting. He wanted to tell her that he hadn't stopped thinking about her and that he had meant to get in touch with her but he hadn't because he had been so busy... But he couldn't. He didn't even know why she had wanted to see him.
His previous girlfriends usually only wanted to see him when he was in trouble or if they wanted something so just hanging out seemed odd now days for him. But he wasn't at all against it. He knew quite a bit about Honor but he felt like that wasn't enough, or maybe it was and he just craved her company. Either way, he was glad she had texted him. He most likely wouldn't have had the guts to initiate the text. He did just have to take a deep breath to send the one text he had sent, so imagine him trying to actually initiate that; good luck. He looked down at her before kissing her again and he was once more reminded that he was addicted to her touch. He couldn't get enough of her it seemed. He pulled back before he would end up starting something. "I'm sorry that I didn't text you before, I've just been busy at work."

All she wanted to do was be with this man. He was extraordinary and everything she had never dreamed about. There would have been no way possible to even imagine a man this good. But yet, he wasn't hers. At least for the time being. She had no idea what would become of their relationship. They had talked and gotten to know each other a bit, even spent the night together, but their relationship had been mostly physical. Honor wanted to change that, but she didn't know if it was too soon. Or if he even liked her the way that she liked him. Or as Maddie put it, the beginning of love. She had no idea. Hell, Honor didn't even know what that felt like relationship wise. All she had ever really had was her family. And now that she was getting this feeling for the man, she wasn't ready to let him go.
Honor smiled as David told her he had missed her too. She had no idea what to expect when she kissed him, but was glad he kissed her back, with a hug. She could stay wrapped in his arms forever if he allowed it. Well that, and they probably needed to work and take care of the animals. "Thanks," Honor said, trying to be modest. She wanted to look good for him, and was glad he noticed. Honor had no idea how this was going to turn out, but then she realized she hadn't even told him why she wanted him to come over. Hell, it could have been an emergency, and he wouldn't know. She really just missed him and wanted to see him. And she wanted to introduce her home to him, as he had to, well, part of his. "Honestly, there's no special reason for inviting you over," Honor admitted, "I just wanted to see you." The brunette gazed up at him, hoping her excuse would be okay.
Honor nodded as he had spoke again. She understood being busy. Her foal was growing up quickly and needed almost all of the time she had. "It's okay. I would have texted you earlier, but I've been busy with all the animals," she laughed. She probably could be the animal lady with six horses and three dogs. At least in comparison to some of the people she had met at CrossFire. "Come on in. Make yourself comfortable," she said, realizing they had still been standing on her front porch. She mentally kicked herself for that one. She kissed him again and walked back to the living room. "Oh, Blue's the puppy, Molly is the Irish Setter and Cooper is the dalmatian," Honor introduced the dogs. She found herself talking to cover up how nervous she was. What if he didn't care for her the way she cared for him? What if he just thought this was a booty call?
Honor sank down onto the couch, not sure what to do. She looked at David and patted next to her. Honor began to chew on her lip, hoping he'd say something about her. He didn't seem mean or like he was just looking for sex. But she was nervous, so every movement he made sent her into more of a little panic. "David, I like you. A lot," she blurted out. Oh, how she felt like a teenager again. She didn't want to be moving so fast in a new place, but she had already slept with the man. Why not let him know her feelings? Besides the fact that guys didn't usually care for feelings. She turned her head away from him, holding her hands together to keep them from shaking. This visit would either be a hit or a miss, and god, how she was hoping for a hit. She didn't want to lose her relationship with the man.

David Adams Truck He simply couldn't explain how he felt about this woman. He didn't know what he was feeling but he knew it was something much greater than what he'd ever felt before. He felt different around her and he had never felt this way around anyone else before which was strange because they had only recently met. He felt as though they had known each other for a lifetime. He had this need to be around her and when that couldn't be fulfilled, he thought about her constantly. It seemed as though she was all he could think about. He couldn't even remember what it was like to even think about anything else. When he was trying to go to bed, it'd take at least twenty minutes for him to actually fall asleep because he'd be so busy thinking about her. They seemed to have this undeniable connection, or at least he felt that way. He had this spark ignite something within him and it had quickly turned into a wildfire.
He looked down at her and smiled as she thanked him. "You're very welcome," He said with a kind smile. He was still rather curious as to why she had asked him to come over. Did she just want to hang out or was there a motive behind it? His unspoken question was quickly answered when she spoke and he smiled before kissing her as she looked up at him. "I think that qualifies as a reason. And I'm glad you did because I've been wanting to see you." His words were true and sincere just as always but his tone had become very soft towards the end of his sentence. There was just something about talking to her that made him melt like butter on a hot pan and even if he tried to hide it, he was sure he'd be fairly unsuccessful so he figured he wouldn't even bother trying.
He could completely understand about being busy with animals, but he didn't have a young foal to take care of so he had to give her extra credit for that. "I have to give you some major credit for taking care of them, especially Annie. Speaking of, I think Ace wants another play date with her," he laughed. He smiled softly as she kissed him again and he couldn't help but to return it. He fallowed her into the living room, shutting the front door behind him as he did so. He looked down at the three dogs as she introduced them, "Well it's nice to meet y'all," He laughed at his little slip there with the y'all. It was something he was trying to say less because it had kind of become a habit, but old habits died hard he supposed. He watched as she sat down on the couch and he sat down next to her after she had signaled. "You're house really reminds me of being home... I'm not sure why but my house just feels like a house and not at all like a home," He said before looking over at her. He could tell she was a little nervous so he was really trying to break the ice, but he was pretty curious as to why she was. Again, his unspoken question was answered. Yep, that'd certainly make him uneasy too.
This whole relationship seemed so quick, so unreal, but there was this connection and now knowing how she felt confirmed some things. He placed a hand over hers and squeezed softly as she held them together. He turned her head gently to look at him before he leaned over and kissed her, letting it linger before he spoke, just barely pulling his lips away from hers. "Relax. I like you a lot too," He said before kissing her again. "You've been all I've been able to think about for days." He pulled back, not wanting to over step his boundaries but heck, everything was out on the table now. He felt a little vulnerable. The last time he had said that it had turned out to be a long term mistake. Apparently he had felt more strongly for his ex than she had ever for him, enough so that she simply left him because he didn't want to move to NYC. She didn't even attempt to ask about trying anything long distance, she had simply packed up and left.

He had wanted to see her? She couldn't believe it. Men didn't usually fall for her. She was the girl-next-door type of girl, always the girl who was looked over for someone prettier. And he had wanted to see her. Honor kissed him softly, smiling into his lips. "I'm glad," she said, and pulled away from him. This was the man she was falling for. Strong, muscular and just plain gorgeous. Whenever she had thought about him, she couldn't help herself but smile. She probably looked like an idiot grabbing her groceries with a big ass smile on her face. Not that she cared. David was amazing. Honor couldn't lie about how muc she cared for the man. She wanted to be his for at least the time being. And only his. All she wanted was to curl up into his arms and have him never let go.
Honor hadn't even noticed David's voice go softer. She was just so immersed in his presence. If he hadn't came over or responded to her text, she would have been crushed. Honor had worked up all of her courage to send that text. And when he responded to say he was coming over, it was all she could to hold back a leap of joy. "Thanks," she said again. Taking care of the animals was hard on her. But she loved doing it. "And I'm sure Annie would love that. She misses him, I'm sure," Honor laughed, recalling David and her first encounter. The filly had loved playing with his gelding. Seren was great to act as a mother, but the mare wasn't one to play. She would nuzzle and chase the foal when she felt like it, but that wasn't very often. And Honor wouldn't even think about placing Annie with any of the other four horses.
The dogs sniffed him and decided he wasn't any threat to anyone. The three of them retreated to their own places in the living room and ignored them. Her dogs were good and friendly, but also nosy. They had to know who was at her house at all times. Honor giggled as he talked to the dogs. As he talked about her home she looked around. It reminded her of her childhood home as well, which is why she had picked it out. It was cozy and perfect for her. She loved the house she had bought when she moved here. And after being in David's home, she understood where he was coming from. His house was huge compared to her modest one. She didn't think she'd ever to be live in a house like that. "I love this little place. It is my home," she said, happily.
Honor sat at the edge of her seat, and continued to chew on her nails. But when David spoke, her whole world turned upside down. He liked her too? She kissed him back and wrapped her arms around his neck. "I'm surprised Maddie didn't tell on me," she said, smiling. "She already knows I like you." Honor kissed him again, but then noticed his vulnerability. She was glad to have him with her at the time. "You okay?" she asked, and grabbed his hand. She didn't want him to hurt. Honor squeezed his hand, and kissed him. "I'm here for you," Honor told him.

David Adams Truck David smiled knowing that she too was glad and her kiss made it all that much better. Her kisses seemed to amplify his emotions and he wasn't sure that he could truly express how happy he really was that she had texted him. He would have never had the courage to text her, but he was sure thankful that she did. Maddie had told him that Honor and her had hung out for a little bit, but that was all he was told. She hadn't said a word about what they had talked about, despite him pleading her to say if Honor had said anything about him. She had refused and ignored him. As far as how she felt about him, he had no other information than what she had or was telling him right now. Maddie knew exactly how he felt about Honor, honestly though, how could she not? All he did was talk about her. He'd tell Maddie about everything and he was sure she was getting rather tired of it, but he was only trying to get her to cave. He had no such luck.
He looked down at her and smiled. "I am certain that Ace misses her. He tries so hard to play with the other horses but he always seems to look for her," He said softly. His eyes moved around her house quietly and he had a slight flashback to being home. Her house was cozy and inviting, his was... well inviting but it was more for the entertainment side. They had thrown some pretty awesome parties there, well Maddie had, and David really hadn't minded but, it didn't feel like a home and he knew Maddie felt the same way about it. It also didn't help that they couldn't decorate to save their lives and they weren't entirely settled in. "We've honestly tried to make ours feel more like home, but I think we've royally failed. I don't think Maddie and I have any homemaking skills," He said with a grin and laugh. It was completely true though, everyone seemed to know it.
He smiled when she kissed him and wrapped her arms around his neck. He leaned into her a bit when she kissed him again but he had to catch himself by putting his hand down on the couch. Apparently he really could melt from her touch. He smiled before kissing her back. "So she did know and she just played it off... That's just evil," he said with a smile. "She's really not the person everyone thinks she is." He looked down at her before nodding. Yes, he was perfectly fine but he had just been a little caught off guard. "Yeah, I'm okay," He said before kissing her again. He froze for a moment when she grabbed his hand and his heart stopped for a second. Whoa. He smiled when she squeezed his hand and he met her kiss before pulling back as she spoke. "Thank you, " He said.
He looked over at her and kissed her again. He simply could not get enough of that. He looked down at her hand and quietly took the one she had previously squeezed his hand with, and he laced their fingers together. He looked back up to her and thought for a moment, "Do you maybe want to go out for dinner or something sometime? I mean, I could settle for breakfast or lunch too, coffee even..." He always talked more when he was a little nervous. It seemed a little late to be asking her out to dinner. That sort of thing usually happened before you climbed into bed together, or at least, that's how he had always done it. Being so young he really didn't have a ton of experience with this sort of thing. He had been with his one girlfriend since high school and it was only recently that she left him so he hadn't done a whole lot in the dating world. Asking her out seemed to be the only thing he could think of.

Annie needed a friend to play with. Seren was a good foster mother, but she wasn't very playful. The Friesian was getting closer and closer to retirement and she wasn't as playful as she used to be. And Honor didn't dare put the filly in with any of her other horses. Patriot would tear the poor thing up in a heartbeat. The Arabian mare didn't seem to be the likely candidate for a mother. She was feisty and young, without a care in the world. Honor's Rocky Mountain gelding would be okay with the filly, but he wasn't much of a playmate either. He'd much rather keep to himself any day than play with a wound-up filly. And then the two stallions. Well, there wasn't much question there. Both of the Quarters were spirited, and well, stallions. She wasn't even going to risk her filly for that one. Ace was the perfect companion for the filly, besides trying to find another abandoned foal. He would play with her as much as she wanted and he wouldn't hurt her. And Annie loved him just as much as he loved her.
"Annie misses him like crazy. She tries to chase Seren around the pasture, but the mare just ignores her most of the time. I mean, it's good to have her around the foal, but she doesn't do much with her," Honor said, her thoughts still on the horses. They were pretty much always on her mind. "We're gonna have to get the pair together soon," she said, and flashed David a smile. She really wouldn't mind the extra time spent with the man. Being with him made her happy to the point that she couldn't explain it. He was amazing in his own way, and she wanted to spend every chance she got with the man. Honor tugged at the hem of her shirt nervously. Even though she loved to be around him, he made her nervous. Perhaps it was the feelings she was developing for him?
"Your house is just too big," she said, giggling at his comment. His house was nice, but it wasn't really her taste. She preferred to be modest and his house was just a bit too flashy for her. Not that it was gaudy, but she liked simple and cozy rather than anything big. "If you ever feel like remodeling, let me know! I'd be glad to help," Honor offered. She loved doing projects like remodeling. It kept her busy and preoccupied. And it was fun just to throw paint every once in awhile. Honor nodded when he mentioned Maddie again. "Yep. I spilled my guts about you, and she told me what you had said to her. I'm surprised she didn't tell you," Honor smiled. She hardly knew his roommate and she was already proving how trustworthy she could be. Honor hadn't even asked her not to tell David how she felt.
Her stomach fluttered with his next question. "David, I'll go out with you anywhere, anytime," she responded, getting more and more confident with herself. She kissed him softly, and squeezed his hand. Honor didn't have much experience with dating at all. Sure, a few boyfriends here and there, but it had never been anything serious. She wasn't sure where her and David's relationship stood at the moment, but she was happy. And that was all that mattered. She didn't need an official term to go by, as long as they both were happy.

"Ace really does seem to enjoy her company. Now that I think about it, he doesn't play like that with any of the other horses he's ever been with," He said before looking over at her and catching her smile. He nodded in agreement, "I know Ace would really enjoy that." At this point he'd do anything to spend more time with Honor so if he could make Ace happy at the same time, why not! He knew that Ace really enjoyed the filly's company, kind of like how David enjoyed Honor's company but in a much different way. He briefly noticed her nervousness but he felt as though he shouldn't really address it, after all, he was nervous too.
He had to agree. The house was a little bit too large, although, that was kind of nice. They way it had been built made if feel more like two houses instead of one. The upstairs was like Maddie's house and the downstairs was entirely David's with the exception of the kitchen and living room; those were common spaces. It was kind of nice to be able to have your own space if you wanted it. The house was perfect for parties though, which Maddie seemed to take full advantage of, not that he blamed her because he had thrown one hell of a 'house warming' party himself. He looked down at her and smiled. She really shouldn't have just offered that because she truly had no clue what she was getting herself into. "I'm going to take you up on that fairly soon," He said with a sly smile. He had planned on completely redoing his room and a couple other rooms but let's face it. He was a young country guy. He had no skills in doing anything involved with colors and decor. He could hardly even put together a decent outfit, but that's why he had Maddie. She was his fashion sense, not that he always trusted what she was telling him. There had been several instances when he had left the house feeling like a moron, and he had heard her giggling from behind the front door which pretty much reinforced his suspicions.
It didn't really surprise him to know that Honor had told Maddie things and she hadn't said a word to him about it. Maddie really was different than everyone thought. She just had these fronts that she put up and he wished everyone could see the girl that he saw because she was simply an amazing person. "She's certainly full of surprises," He said with a slight smile. He listened as Honor spoke and he was pretty sure his heart was going to race right out of his chest but he smiled anyway. He kissed her back and felt her squeeze his hand. He smiled softy, took her hand in his, and was reminded instantly of being back at his house the last time they were together. He kind of took a second before he looked up from their hands and kissed her, not realizing how much he was leaning into her.

Relationships were funny. Everything about them seemed to make no sense. Yet another reason Honor hadn't been in very many. She really didn't know how to deal with a relationship. She knew she liked David and cared for him, maybe even just a little more, but did that mean they were in a relationship? She had no idea. But she didn't mind if they were or if they weren't at the moment. Just having him in her company was good enough for her. "Annie would love it," she said, smiling. He may already be in her company, but she was looking forward to spending more time with him. This man had her twisted head over heels. He was on her mind at all times. David could probably drive her crazy if he wanted to.
Honor had always lived in a modest home, though she lived on a lot of property. A big house would be just too much for her. Unless it was filled with lots of people, of course. "Just let me know! I'm up for it, anytime," she said, glad to be of help. Lately, since she got settled into town, she had quite a bit of free time. The horses didn't need so much attention, as they were in great shape for competing. She also had some help every once in awhile with all six of them. Most of the time she was okay with the horses, but once in awhile she regretted taking on so many from her sister. But Isobel would have just sold them to the highest bidder. It was sad, actually. "But, you have to help me," Honor said, and squeezed David's hand.
With everything Honor had told Maddie, she really was in shock that the other girl hadn't told David everything. Honor nodded as David spoke. "She really is," she said, shaking her head. She knew that David and Maddie were close, but it explained why David hadn't called her or texted her. She figured if he would've known what Honor had told Maddie, he would have at least tried to get a hold of her. She kissed him back, deepening the kiss. This man was amazing. Honor took a slight step back to balance herself as David leaned into her. She didn't want to fall over. The dogs would attack with kisses if they fell over right now. Honor broke the kiss and smiled at him. "Shall we move this to the bedroom? Or the couch?" she questioned and kissed him again.

David glanced over at Honor and nodded. "Of Course, anything." He said with a soft smile. At this point, he'd do anything for her, just shy of committing murder, other crimes, well, he could probably be persuaded without much pushing. There was just something about Honor that David was absolutely draw to. It was like he was addicted to her and they just barely knew each other. Hell, if this wasn't just their second time meeting, he'd probably say he was in love with her.
He pulled back a bit when she took a step back trying to balance herself. He hadn't meant to lean into her like that at all, but he just didn't realize he was. "Sorry," He said with an apologetic tone. Honor's next words kind of shocked him a bit and he had not at all been expecting that, but he wouldn't complain. He would do anything she wanted him to and spending more time with her in anyway possible was something he would never refuse. "Whichever you'd like."
David's eyes slowly opened as he heard his cell phone vibrating in his pants pocket which at this moment, he was unsure of where exactly his pants were. He knew they were somewhere in her room but he honestly didn't want to find them at this very moment. He was perfectly content right now to be snuggled up next to her and he'd honestly stay like this all day if he got the chance. He turned his head and kissed her forehead as he wrapped an arm around her. He felt closer to her than ever and he was sure it had something to do with last night. He couldn't really explain what had happened but it had been extraordinary and he wasn't the kind of guy who said that often. He felt like they had connected on a much deeper level which was something he really had never experienced before so to him, this was all completely new, but he liked it.
He heard his cell phone vibrate a couple more times and he grumbled a bit. He really didn't want to do this but it seemed as though he needed to. Hopefully Maddie wasn't pissed off about him not coming back to the house last night although, she had never cared before and he did let her know that he was heading to Honor's yesterday afternoon. He slowly moved away from Honor, trying not to disturb her as much as possible and he leaned over the bed, and found his pants. He pulled his phone out of the pocket and read the text messages. It was Maddie, but it wasn't what he was expecting. She had said that he needed to come home because someone was here to see him, but she hadn't specified who. He texted back before quietly setting the phone down on his pants again and moving back over to Honor. He knew he needed to get home within the next hour or so, but he really didn't want to leave. Maybe she'd want to come with him? "Hey, good morning beautiful," He said when he moved back over to her.
