She was still enjoying her time off, her daughter Anna was over whatever she had just a few short days ago and all was now peaceful in the house. She hadn’t felt like cooking today, after being out and about what was the point in returning home to cook something? Cherise spotted a quaint diner and looked down at Anna who was tucked peacefully in her carseat fast asleep, the young child had finally fallen asleep toward the end of Cherise shopping trip and hadn’t made the slightest peep sense then. She sighed as she headed back to her car to place everything inside, she only wanted to carry what she needed and that was a carseat and the dipper bag, the stroller just got in the way of everything. Her car wasn’t too far, as she unclipped the carseat from the stroller and carefully set it down on the ground as she popped the trunk, loaded the bags, folded the stroller and placed it in the trunk closing it and picking up the dipper bag and the carseat and heading back to the dinner, the more time went on the faster Cherise found herself getting things loaded and unloaded. She quickly hurried into the diner, warmth instantly greeted her face and a women gave her a smile as she found an open booth and first slid the carseat in and then herself, slipping her black wool pea coat off, she had a black pencil skirt on with just a red blouse and black heels. She crossed her legs and leaned over, lowering the handle on the careseat and smiling as a menu was brought over to her and she ordered a hot chocolate and then a Chocolate muffin. She heard Anna and turned her attention to her daughter, taking her out of the carseat and cradling her against her chest, still wrapped in the blanket as she grabbed the bottle and took the cap off and gave it to Anna, she rocked her back and forth being careful not to hit her head. She sighed as she looked up and looked around the diner but nothing really caught her attention she took her phone out and started checking emails as she waited for her food and drink.

She had been nonstop running since she had gotten home from work. Sure that was at three that morning, but she had things to do. People to see. And thankfully she could crash later because well she didn't have work. It was now late afternoon and Parker was pretty sure she hadn't slept in twenty-four hours and she was starting to feel it. She figured the best thing to do was grab a cup of coffee if she planned on functioning for the next few hours. She still had to go see Jimmy and there was no way she wanted to be falling asleep while riding him. She figured the horse would not really appreciate that. So she would run by the Sugar Shack, get a cup of coffee, and be off to the stables before she crashed and slept for a million years.
Parker walked into the Sugar Shack and was more than glad that it wasn't really busy. Then again it was the middle of the day. Most people were at work. Most normal people that was. Parker went up to the register and ordered her drink, leaning against the counter after she paid. She looked around the place only spotting a couple who obviously needed to get a room and a mother with her baby. As Parker looked at the woman she seemed to fit the description that Nick had given her of the girl he had gone on a date with. She grabbed her drink and made her way over to her. 'Hey, sorry for bothering you, but are you Cherise by chance? If you aren't then I'm terribly sorry for bothering you." Parker smiled hoping that this wasn't weird or awkward and that this was in fact Cherise. Maybe Cherise would make a point to return home for a week so her family and his… could see her but then again she didn’t want to relive the memories and have people come up to her and ask how she was doing. She bit down on her lip for a moment before finally hearing her child burp and then she set her back in the carseat covering her and finding her pacifier, knowing with that the young child would fall asleep. She nearly spit her hot coco when she heard the voice of another, she hadn’t been expecting anyone and surely no one that knew her name. She cleared her throat and looked up to see a young women who seemingly had a purpose at knowing if indeed it was her, yes im Cherise may I ask why you want to know? She held a smile on her face and her tones were soft and friendly, as that is how she was always. She didn’t have a mean bone in her body and would never dream of being a gold digger or a bitch to anyone, you can sit if you would like. She smiled again and took a sip of her hot coco and heard Anna cooing and making noises, she didn’t figure the child would go back to sleep that easily, after all she had been sleeping for the last hour and now she would most likely be up for some time. She simply turned her attention to her child and smiled before making a goofy face at her daughter, watching as she smiled. Cherise picked her up and stood, I will be back someone needs there dipper changed. She grabbed the dipper bag and headed off to the bathroom her heels clicking as she went into the bathroom and laid the changing table down and then put her pad on top of it, she didn’t trust just laying her daughter on the plan top. She was quick to change and toss, washing her hands carefully holding her daughter and then making her way back to the table and placing Anna back in the carseat, when they got home if Anna was still awake she would lay down a blanket and place her on her stomach and allow her to have that time. Cherise looked at the girl and waited to see what she wanted?
