maybe it's just the summertime heat, that's got my heart playing tricks on me with a couple of beers and a good time atmosphere. or maybe it's the way you tilt your head when you laugh at some silly thing i said. or your angel eyes. whatever it is. tonight, i've got a little moonlight crush.Heels were not the blonde's forte. She hadn't even had a drink, and yet here she was, stumbling around the dance floor just trying to make it to the bar. She wasn't really dressed up in her batman shirt and a pair of skinny jeans, but she liked the way heels looked with almost anything. They added a bit of elegance to any outfit. That is, if you could walk in them. Luckily, she was at the bar, so not too many people noticed her staggering around sober. There were plenty of other people staggering around, just trying to stay on their feet. She wished she could be so lucky to be able to walk in heels sober. Well, wasn't this night turning out great? She hadn't even been in the bar five minutes, and she already felt like she was making a fool of herself.
And what was she doing in the bar anyway? This wasn't her place. She wasn't into the whole drunken sleaziness of the bar to meet people. The barn was her homestead. At this point, Lilly wasn't even sure why she was at the bar. Originally, it was to get out of her normal routine, and maybe meet a couple of new people. But now all she was doing was making a fool out of herself, and she wished she was back home playing with her dogs. She barely made it to the bar, and pulled herself up on a barstool. She could at least make the heels look pretty while she sat down. It was the walking part of the heels she couldn't quite get down. And drinking any alcohol wasn't going to help her start walking. But she was at the bar, and she rarely drank.
So when the pretty blonde bartender asked what she wanted to drink, Lilly ordered a margarita. She didn't like the taste of beer, and she didn't like the way whiskey burned. A margarita was the perfect drink for her, so long as she didn't drink too much. Especially while she was sitting down. Once she stood up, she'd be screwed. The bartender slid the margarita across the counter, and Lilly paid for it, waving off the change. She could have it as a tip. Lilly had worked as a waitress before, and she lived off of tips. She was sure the bartender did as well. A guy walked up to her and asked her to dance, and Lilly shook her head, holding up her drink. "Come back later, maybe! When I'm finished with this," she offered, knowing all too well she wouldn't be able to dance in her heels. The blonde really was too nice for her own good.
Lilly sipped slowly at her drink, hoping the man would forget all about her. There was no way she would be able to get down from the barstool without taking off her heels. Even though she had the urge to dance, she didn't think it'd be appropriate to go dancing in bare feet. Besides, all of the other girls in the bar were sporting low cut shirts and mini skirts. Her attire was modest compared to anything anyone else was wearing. Why would anyone even be interested in her when they had all of the options in the bar? She shrugged it off, and crossed her legs. She would never be found in a mini skirt. Maybe a low cut shirt, but she loved her jeans too much. She couldn't find the comfort of a skirt, showing off way too much of her legs. And she couldn't cross her legs either in a skirt. She'd much rather stay in jeans. tagged; antony. words; six-hundred twelve. notes; (: lyrics; moonlight crush by outshyne outfit; here.

Antony couldn't stand the act that his brother was here. It angered him so much, and what better place than at a bar? He wasn't one to normally go out and drink but he needed something to take away his anger. He needed something to take away the edge of going back and killing his brother, who it seemed he was going to end up living with. great right?
Antony stepped out of his truck and into the bar. he had changed since he had left his new house with his brother. He was just comfy now. He opened the door and walked in slowly as he ran his hand through his hair almost missing the chance to see a cute blonde stumbling over to the bar, but it wasnt a drunk stumble. He looked at her feet and saw the heels. he shook his head and laughed a little.
He watched as some guy ashed her to dance and she denied, probably do to the fact she could barely even walk. Antony walked over and sat next to her and looked at the bartender as he rose his hand slightly. "Just a beer please" he said and he flashed a smile towards Lilly. "Also can you put hers on my tab? I got her for the rest of the night" he said with a smile
The bartender brought back his beer as he smiled. He reached out his hand and introduced himself. "Antony. And what might your name be beautiful?" his Italian accent was think and his smile bright as he looked at her.
He looked down ant her feet and chucked slightly. "So wanna dance or are you going to shoot me down like that poor old chap over there? Or are you gonna take off those awful things, and save your feet, and dance with me?" He said standing up after taking a sip of his beer and holding his hand out to her. "I wont take no for an answer" he said with a slight wink towards her.

The guy who had asked her to danced continued to eye her while talking to his buddies. He threw a couple pointed fingers at her, and looked like he was placing bets with his friends. Jerk. The blonde turned her attention from him. There was no way she was going to dance with him now, although she wouldn't be a bitch about it either. If he remembered throughout the night, she'd just turn him down again with the excuse of her shoes. He hadn't even bothered trying to start a conversation with her. And when she turned him down, he just left. No 'how are you' or 'can I at least buy you a drink?' Lilliana hadn't been to the bar often, but she at least knew the proper etiquette. Not that there was much.
The blonde went back to her drink, lost in her thoughts. The bar wasn't the best place to think but she had nothing better to do. She had went to a dance club by herself in shoes she can't walk in. Apparently, she hadn't thought this through. Lilly brushed her hair out of her eyes as a male voice came from somewhere near her. She looked at the handsome man standing near her. She smiled at him, and was instantly regretting her decision to wear heels. The man was handsome. And even more spectacular when he told the bartender he was buying her drinks for the rest of the night. She wasn't going to take advantage of it, but she was happy. "Hey, thanks. You didn't have to do that," Lilly said. She glanced down at her drink. She wasn't quite in need of a refill just yet.
She flushed at the compliment. The girl wasn't used to people paying any attention to her. She liked to immerse herself in her animals. "Lilliana," she smiled. "But call me Lilly." She loved her name. Actually, she loved anything unique. "Nice to meet you, Antony," she said, and extended her hand to the man. As he spoke again, she glanced down at her feet. She didn't exactly want to dance barefoot, but he also wasn't going to take no for an answer. She didn't seem to have much choice in the matter. "I don't think I could say no to you if I tried," she flirted. She slipped off her heels and left them by her bar stool. Lilly slipped her hand into his and allowed him to lead her on to the dance floor. It was like a dream. A gorgeous man wanted to dance with her.
Lilliana didn't know what to do with all of the attention the men were giving her. She glanced over at the guy who had originally asked her to dance. He was in the corner, pulling money out of his wallet to pay his friend. There was no comparison between him and Antony. And he seemed to know that. She was glad. It meant she wouldn't have to deal with him later. Especially if she spent the rest of the evening with the man. The gorgeous man who wanted to dance with her and pay for her drinks. She wasn't going to argue with him. Lilliana's last serious relationship only ended because she decided to move and he didn't want to go with her. He wasn't as into animals as she was. And with that thought, they wouldn't have lasted anyway. tagged; antony. words; 587. notes; OHMY. CIWWAF. <3 lyrics; moonlight crush by outshyne outfit; here.

Antony smiled and wrapped his arm around her and picked her up slightly. How unreasonable would it be for her to have to get her feet dirty. She was no heavy at all so tony carried her to the dance floor which was only a few paces away. He smiled at her and set her down making sure her feet landed on top of his. He wasn't sure if she would be unsure of his picking her up or the feet thing but frankly, the man didn't really care what she thought about the subject. He wanted to dance with the beautiful girl standing before him.
When the next song came on it was a slow country song. He smiled and began to sway to the music with her pulling her closer with his arm wrapped around her back. He looked down at her and smiled again which he seemed to be doing a lot of tonight. He wasn't sure why but he couldn't help himself from smiling at her cute face. Something about her just made him want to smile, maybe the fact that she wasn't one of those girls who knew they were beautiful, one who was very simple and and also very beautiful. He quite enjoyed when a girl did not see herself as so, it showed humbleness, as well as not being to cocky, and often could depict between a girl being a good girl.
|So Lilly, What brings you to bar? In shoes you can barely walk in" he smiled at winked at her assuring her he was just joking with her. But really, why is such a beautiful girl in a place like this?

It wasn't something she expected. Instantly, she threw her hand over her mouth to cover her scream, just a bit too late. She smiled playfully at him and wrapped her arms around his neck and rested her head on his shoulder. Of course, they were going to dance, but why he carried her, she had no idea. She wasn't the type of girl that minded getting dirty. In fact, she actually kind of liked getting dirty every once in awhile. With her arms still wrapped around his neck, she balanced herself when he placed her on top of his feet. God, she hoped she wasn't hurting him. Lilly smiled as the song changed. She felt like she knew the song, but couldn't place the artist or title. She didn't care though. She rested her head against his chest and moved to the slow beat of the song with the man in front of her.
Lilly had only just met this man, and he had literally swept her off of her feet. She hadn't really met hardly anyone since moving to Addison. Between working at the shelter and riding horses, she hadn't had too much time to get out and explore. And this was the first place she ended up. She should have invited her friend, Abby, or one of the girls she works with, but she ended up at the club by herself. "I like heels," she defended herself, "I just wanted to get practice walking in them." She loved how they looked, but hated how they felt after a long night. Honestly, she was glad to have them off. Her feet were free again. "I was bored and didn't really have anywhere to go. So I decided to come here," she elaborated, and flashed a smile at the man. "What's a handsome man like you doing here?" she countered.
This man could have the pick of the girls that were dancing around. Why did he choose her to dance with? It wasn't like she had been asking people to dance with her. In fact, she had turned down the guy before him. She pulled her head off his chest and faced the man. "Why me?" she blurted out. "I mean, why did you decide to dance with me?" She wasn't all that special. Just a simple country girl who didn't get out much. Lilly didn't think anyone would be interested in her when she had headed out to the club. She just wanted to have a drink and maybe make a couple drunken friends. But she wasn't even drunk yet. Not even sure if she was going to get drunk at this point of the night. tagged; antony. words; 458. notes; (: lyrics; moonlight crush by outshyne outfit; here.
