Hey there, just one thing, if he was sentenced to serve time, he wouldn't be able to be bailed out of that jail time. He could get out early on probation, but court ordered jail time can't be traded for money. He could get bailed out of jail before the trial if the judge didn't think he was a flight risk, but if he was sentenced to serve time at his trial after being bailed out before his trial, he would still have to serve time. He could also have been just sentenced to so much time on probation without actual jail time. Or there could have been a few months jail time followed by probation, but he wouldn't have been able to get out of sentenced jail time for bail money. If any of that actually made sense, ha!

Also, if you could put his play by's name in the Play-By section that would be fantastic!

Anyway, besides that, if you want Tori accepted first then you will have to make one in character post with her before he can be accepted, so just fix that up and post with her, and you'll be good to go!
