personality » Maxxie is always the one for a fun-time, he enjoys being around people but all the same can handle himself while he is alone. He is a very loyal person, except for the occasional mis-goings on in his mind. He is always very truthful though and can't bring himself to tell a lie. Maxxie is very understanding and rarely gets mad at anything, irritated but not mad. Maxxie has a sarcastic side, but it's always fun and he tries to keep situations light and uncaring, like in a bliss. He tries not to dewell on the past and tries to forget some things but it's hard because he rarely ever does. Funny, kind, and overall you hate him but you can't help but love him kind of guy who can be slightly over confident at times. Bring around someone new or someone he likes and he's a bit shy.

[/font][/center]medical history » Stabbed twice in an incident regarding domestic violence; he escaped with minor damage as compared to most cases missing by a few centimeters his lungs and kidney. The extensive sugury to repair the gash in his large insetine, he almost bled to death.
criminal history » Originally thought as a suspect in planning the crime against his then current girlfriend, marks and the discovery of the knife on the dead body of his ex-boyfriend (alcohol/perscrption strenght sedatives found in system at the time of dead) proved that he was only a victim and he was set free.
life history » When Maxxie was young around the age of 4 or 5 his mother and father got a devorce. His mother vanished never to be seen again. From the remaining settlement money his father took up some of the more interesting jobs such as training dogs and horses for the ranches around the area. Maxxie and his brother helped around their father, and slowly began to pick up on the riding lessons and the know-how of things around the stable. He also picked up on the dogs and his fathers methods of teaching them.
At the age of 10 Maxxie went to take one of the dogs that was currently training for a walk and a man came up to him, Maxxie didn't think anything of it at first until he tried to grab him. Maxxie struggled against him, but only a little. Th man had his hand around his mouth so he couldn't scream. The dog he was them with untimatly saved his life, attacking and bitting him. The man now in pain backed way but not before in defending himself seriously injuring the dog. Maxxie carried Andy (the dog) home. Where he and his brother nursed him back to health and Maxxie still has him.
At the age of 17 Maxxie got in to his first relationship with his best friend Noah. Maxxie had known about the feelings he had for Noah right about after they met so them finally being a relationship was one of the best things that could have happened to him. They lasted for about a year when Maxxie discovered the secret life of Noah in his declining physical condition. When he asked Noah to stop, he didn't. Maxxie left him that week. Getting over Noah was hard, he had been happy but he found comfort in on of his friends Jessica. Once he felt better Jessica asked him on a date, for the hell of it and on a joke. On the date though they found that they did somewhat enjoy each other and started seeing each other regularly. Not to the affection quite as intense as Noah and him, but it was getting there.
One night while Maxxie was over at Jessicas house, Noah knocked on the door. Not realising who it was Jessica opened the door. Noah shot her point blank in the chest and continued in to the home. Ditching the gun in the bushes out side the home because he wasn't thinking and Noah had left was the knife.
In the end Maxxie was barely alive before he got to a phone and contacted the police. They saved him, but it was too late for Jessica. After the court hearings and outside witnesses Maxxie was left to find somewhere to recover. He stayed with his dad for a while but not really being able to help around anymore he felt guilt and decided to try and start a new life for himself again. So now he lives strictly on his own for now, in a new place, where he doesn't know anyone. Starting a new really.

personality » Hemy is a pretty calm stallion most of the time, he likes to socialise with other horses and tries to play with them a lot (this excluding other stallions). Around people he keeps to himself almost like they don't really exist, which leads him to occasionally "forget" that Maxxie is riding him. He's quite a lazy brute most of the time but has no problem winding up for a ride, show, or in a crowd of people never wanting Maxxie to go un-humiliated.
