personality » Malachi is one of those guys that just have an easy going and laid back personality about them. Nothing really fazes him that much and it is this relaxed attitude that often makes people take him for granted. When he needs to be then he’s stern or angry, but more often than not, he’s just one of those guys who’ll sit listen and then offer an opinion or some sort of advice. He’s a romantic and gentleman. He really does give his all in a relationship, making the small things count. He’s just adorable, but he just hasn’t found the right person to ask to marry him, and he’s more playing the field than anything else at the moment.

life history » Malachi was born in Pembrokeshire, Wales, the first and only child of his parents. Difficulty conceiving had meant that Malachi was their ‘miracle’ child. They didn’t put any expectations on him though, and though he was a quiet child, he soon blossomed into someone that they could be proud of. He started riding lessons at the young of three, the enjoyment for this toddler immense as he rode around on a fat Shetland known as Amy. Once school started, he excelled, and once he graduated from high school, received a scholarship and went to go study teaching. All the while, he supported himself and his horses, competing on weekends as much as he could. When the opportunity arose, he applied for the job in Addison after working at a high school in New York. He moved to Addison quite recently, his three horses in tow.

personality » Flame is a typical mare. She grumpy, stubborn and has very weak manners. She thinks quite highly of herself, and will lash out at anyone that just treats her like a horse. She’s smart and an escape artist, managing quite easily to escape from her stall, causing barn owners and her owner to pull their out in frustration. Especially when she takes galloping across the countryside. She’s now in foal, so her moods are sure to get worse.

He’s prone to boredom in his stall, often just being allowed to stay out during the spring and summer months, enrichment activities provided to him during fall and winter. This gelding loves to work more than anything, always giving that extra push when needed the most.
