personality » Max is kind of a hyperactive sort of guy who has to be constantly doing something or he will drive himself insane. He is a borderline genius, but most of the time he comes off as a dumb jock because, well, lets face it, he's a 17 year old boy, they only utilize a fraction of the semi-functioning brain they have most of the time. He tends to not have any serious relationships and usually goes from one girl to the next pretty quickly. He is almost always "mr. popular" everywhere he goes. He has five siblings and very outgoing parents so he has no problem with getting loud if need be.

appearance » Max is a tall 6' with athletic build but not necessarily brawny. He has hazel eyes and brunette hair which is typically styled to stay up out of his face, flattened by his helmet, or crazy and everywhere after he's taken his helmet off.

medical history » Tore his ACL and sprained his MCL playing soccer his freshman year... and decided to start playing a less violent sport......... like football from which he has received 3 concussions, a sprained ankle, fractured wrist, whip lash, and enough bruising to turn him completely purple if it was all combined... oh and then there was that one time when he was 8 and decided that it would be fun to try skateboarding... it wasn't pretty.

life history » Being a Scott usually meant zero athletic ability, but a fantastic amount of musical talent. Max's two older brothers and older sister had certainly gotten that as well as his mom, his aunt, her two children, and pretty much everyone on his mom's side. So when he was born, she decided that he would surely be the one to become a famous broadway singer or something... and decided that he needed a good strong name... like Maximilian Sebastian Scott. She was a little disappointed when his voice sounded like he'd been smoking for 30 years. Of course, he grew out of the raspy part, but he never had a passion for singing... or any musical instrument for that matter. The older he got, the more athletic he became, playing whatever sports he could get into... aside from swimming... he was too anti-speedo to ever be on a swim team.

When he was 10, they moved from Texas to Madrid, Spain where his dad worked for an accounting firm. He played a lot of soccer there, learned to speak Spanish fluently, and, of course... learned his way around a woman. By the time he was 16 he was quite the ladies man already. That was about the time his parents discovered that their 16 year old son was spending more time partying and less time studying and decided that the perfect remedy for that would be to send him to stay with his cousins in Texas who were (mostly) absent from the party and drinking scene.

At the start of the next school year he was promptly sent to Texas... which he didn't really mind too terribly. Jeremy was too busy being distracted by shiny things to keep Max out of trouble, and Jasmine was too busy actually behaving to even know the difference between when he was actually going to football practice and when he was just saying he had 2 a day practices as an excuse to get out of the house.
