`CROSS COUNTRY Beginner Novice JR/AA Fences do not exceed a height of 2’7”. No riders over 25. No horse may be entered in more than one class.

Training JR/AA Fences do not exceed a height of 3’3”. No riders over 25. No horse may be entered in more than one class.
Preliminary JR/AA Fences do not exceed a height of 3’7”. No riders over 25. No horse may be entered in more than one class.
Intermediate JR/AA Fences do not exceed a height of 3’9”. No riders over 25. No horse may be entered in more than one class.
Advanced JR/AA Fences do not exceed a height of 3’11”. No riders over 25. No horse may be entered in more than one class.
CCI* Open International event. Fences do not exceed a height of 3’7”. However the XC course is run on a much, much longer distance than a Intermediate novice and XC fences are much more technical. No rider under 25 may be entered in the Open division. No horse may be entered in more than one class.
CCI** Open International event. Fences do not exceed a height of 3’9”. Once more the XC course is run on a much longer distance and fences become even more technical. No rider under 25 may be entered in the Open division. No horse may be entered in more than one class.
CCI*** Open International event. Fences do not exceed a height of 3’11”. The course is on a much longer distance and fences become more technical, most of the show jumping fences are also up to height. No rider under 25 may be entered in the Open division. No horse may be entered in more than one class.
